Sometimes you need clear advice from professionals who understand SEND Law

Not every family requires ongoing case management or a full support package. You may need focused advice on a particular issue, help understanding the Local Authority’s position or the opportunity to discuss your concerns with an experienced professional SEND advocate.

Our advice and additional support services are available at any stage of the SEND process. We can assist with understanding a decision, preparing for a meeting, considering whether to appeal, reviewing an EHCP or addressing a specific concern about your child’s education or support.

We consider your individual circumstances, explain the relevant legal position and help you identify the most appropriate next steps.

Is this the right support for you?

Our advice and additional support services are intended for families who need focused guidance on a particular issue, rather than ongoing management of an appeal or wider case.

This support may be suitable if:

you need to understand your legal rights before deciding what action to take

you are preparing for a meeting, annual review or discussion with the Local Authority

you need help understanding or responding to a decision

you want an independent assessment of your position before pursuing an appeal

you need advice about an EHCP, provision, placement or another specific SEND issue

you require help drafting correspondence, completing SEND-related paperwork or responding to professionals

you need support with a DLA, PIP or Blue Badge application, Mandatory Reconsideration or DWP appeal

This may not be the right service if:

you require full management of a SEND Tribunal appeal

you need grounds of appeal or a Working Document to be prepared

you require ongoing case management, evidence coordination or representation

you need someone to manage the full process and communicate with the Local Authority on your behalf

Where more comprehensive support is required, we will explain the available options and direct you to the most appropriate service.
